Life of a Child rescued from Hotel in Semiliguda of Koraput district

e does not recall the face of his mother as she had passed away when he was too small . He also does not know who was his father as from his early childhood he knows that he had left his village for Delhi and had not returned since then . Only thing that Soubhagya of Kendrapada knows that he was lifted from his aunt & uncle's house by a hotel owner of Semiliguda in Koraput district a couple of years ago . Being asked about his current age , he says that people tell him that he was 14 years  old and hence when he had left home he was barely 8-9 years old . Since then his life had changed for the worse . Getting up at 4 in the early morning to clean plates till 9.30 in the evening without any rest was a regular thing that was prompting him to escape somehow .But never could dare to do so for some fear of someone around . There was chance to take rest as the master would scold . Food was the only thing that was offered regularly while rest of things had become a dream to be fulfilled . Torture was the gift for the hard work in the hotel .Now that he was rescued and the hotel owner arrested , he wishes to study further and lead a better life . Now while he was stationed in Open Shelter by Sova Koraput , he would be handed over to CWC Kendrapada who chould then decide on his rehabilitation , Rajashree Das , DCPO said today (12-1-15).
